PRE-PAYMENTS:

A 25 % deposit of the tour price is required upon reservation. Full payment is required 20 days prior to tour departure.

VISAS

All visa fees are for the account of the passenger. Some visas are available only upon arrival at the port of entry and are subject to the prevailing fees and charges at the time of entry.

CANCELLATIONS

Note : CUT-OFF PERIOD shall be 15 days prior to tour departure. This will be the last day when a reserved passenger can back off or cancel his/her reservation without the risk of penalty. Any cancellation for whatever reason beyond this period shall be subject to penalties to cover charges that will affect the entire reservation of the group.

Notice of cancellation of tour received after the cut-off time will be subject to the following charges:

a. 14 days to 8 days prior to tour departure - 30% of tour cost.
b. 7 days to 1 day prior to tour departure - 50% of tour cost
c. NO Show ( non-appearance on the day of schedule departure) - 100% of tour cost less whatever refunds shall be available on the airfare portion which are subject to the airline's own penalty charges.

FORCE MAJEURE

GSTTI shall not be liable for failure to execute arrangements specified herein, directly or indirectly, occasioned by or in consequence of war, change of statutes of the Philippine government or governments of the countries included in the program; strikes, riots, and acts of God or conditions beyond the control of GSTTI.

GSTTI reserves the right to cancel, postpone or revise the itinerary anytime it deems fit or necessary prior to tour departure or while enroute. Should the cancellation, postponement or revision occur before the scheduled departure date, passengers have the option to rejoin or decline the new departure date without incurring penalty charges on the tour.

FORM OF PAYMENT

The currency stated in the tour cost is also payable in local currency which is the Philippine Peso based on the prevailing airline exchange rate at the time of payment.

INSURANCE

Passengers are advised to provide their own travel insurance coverage according to their own needs. GSTTI can arrange for an travel insurance protection upon request of the client. Insurance coverage must be secured prior to tour departure.
