Day
1 Manila / Saigon
Depart Manila for Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon ). Upon arrival transfer to your hotel for overnight accommodations. Today's city tour of Saigon will visit its historic landmarks including the Old Saigon Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, former Presidential Palace and Cholon, the city's bustling Chinatown and the Thien Hau pagoda. Day 2 Saigon.
Breakfast at hotel. Today we will head to
Cu Chi to visit the incredible underground tunnel network built
by Vietnamese guerrilla fighters during the long years of war.
Then trek around the impressive Ben Duoc monument for contemplation
of this great structure. On the way back, stop at local family
run rice-paper making village before heading back to Saigon. Time
free to do some shopping for shoes, clothes, antique items and
other fashion accessories at the Ben Thanh Market area. If the
fruit is in season, a must try is the delicious dragon fruit.
Overnight in Saigon. Day 3 Saigon / Manila Breakfast at the hotel. Time free until your
transfer to the airport for your Return journey to Manila or your
next destination.
